- Power Co-op Employees Credit Union
Power Co-op Employees Credit Union was chartered in
1956 to serve employees of Corn Belt Power Cooperative
and its member cooperatives. Jacki Lerdal
(left), VP & Manager, and
Nancy Leemkuil (right), Office Assistant, serve
as credit union staff.
REC members are now eligible to join the credit union and use its services.
Over the years our field
of membership has been expanded and currently our field
of membership includes:
- Employees of Corn Belt Power Cooperative and its
member distribution cooperatives
- Employees of Corn Belt and distribution cooperative
affiliates and subsidiaries
- Members of the distribution cooperatives
- Members of Corn Belt’s board of directors and
members of the member cooperative boards of
directors
- Employees of NIMCEA member utilities and
members of their governing boards
- Family members of Corn Belt employees and the
distribution cooperative employees
It’s easy to join the credit union. Just complete an
account card and return it to us with at least the
minimum deposit of $5.00. Once you are a member you
are always a member as long as you maintain a $5.00
balance.
