Now Hiring: Member Services – Energy Advisor
Location: Glidden, Iowa | Status: Full-Time
Raccoon Valley Electric Cooperative is seeking a friendly, knowledgeable Energy Advisor to assist our members with energy efficiency, billing questions, and renewable energy guidance. This role includes conducting energy audits, promoting rebate programs, and building strong community relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide energy-saving advice and support
- Conduct home and business energy audits
- Assist with rebates, billing concerns, and high-usage investigations
- Represent RVEC at community events
- Support key accounts and promote cooperative programs
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma (associate degree or relevant experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and energy use
- Valid driver’s license
